NEW TO DPC?
We help practices with transition to a DPC model
We assist primary care physicians in the process of converting to a direct primary care practice. We will share our forms, give you advice on practice set up, help you make decisions about a hybrid vs. straight DPC model, advise you on which platforms to use for the unique aspects of DPC practices such as billing and communication. We are just “paying it forward” from those who helped us get started. We all benefit from your success, including the companies and employees we serve.

My approach to medicine and taking care of my patients is similar to the approach I take to a lot things in my life: practical, well-researched, thoughtful, open-minded and very personal. I utilize the best practices of modern medicine, but I also honor the innate healing potential of the human body by embracing alternative medicine treatment options when appropriate and effective. I specialize in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine and have clinical training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement (BHRT) therapy.
My educational background includes a Masters in Nursing (MSN) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) degree from Gonzaga University and a Bachelors of Arts in Nursing (BA) from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. I am board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and have completed a 2-year Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) from the University of Arizona, Tucson. I also have a post-graduate certification in Global Health from OHSU. The Integrative Medicine Fellowship through AWCIM has transformed both my personal life and medical practice in many remarkable ways. I am passionate and dedicated to passing this knowledge of a “healing-approach” to medicine on to all my patients.
I live in Medford, Oregon with my husband, Peter, who is the love of my life. We have four grown children living in various parts of the Northwest and whose families are constantly growing to our delight. We spend our leisure time enjoying the bounties of the Rogue Valley, cooking up a storm in our kitchen, building community with our “neighbors table” events, traveling as often and as far as we can, and working constantly on improving our individual and collective health.
